It turns out the DLC and Casino parts were correct, however, this casino isn’t coming to single-player.
The casino, which some had thought early on would be part of a single-player DLC, is the subject of a new press release. The building in question is by the stands over at the Vinewood racetrack, down on Vinewood Park Drive just off of the Los Santos freeway.
However, you may have noticed a building that’s completely inaccessible, not only to children and the disabled but to players of the game. It has been several years since the release of Grand Theft Auto V, the best Grand Theft Auto from a mechanical standpoint (and from a writing one too).
